Now I have another strange Outlook 2016 issue with a different user. The subject, to address and contents of the message are unchanged. This one shows something entirely different next to hisĪctive directory picture: /O=DOMAIN/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USERNAME For these that get stuck in his outbox, they do not show his usual name next to his active directory picture. Though he screenshotted me the top of his outlook message. Then on Outlook on his Desktop he went into his drafts folder and they were there so he could send them from that machine, which is a workaround (or you can log into OWA and send it from So what I had him do is drag and drop them from Outbox to Drafts. He is still receiving messages, he just cannot send them. One user, our CIO (so this is pretty important) has a common issue on his laptop where emails will randomly get "stuck" in the outbox. Ok this is a two fold issue we are having.
